Man of courage & determintion Shanker Meghwar

Today we are writing the profile of a young energetic, comitted & brave social activist, humn rights defender & lawyer Mr.Shankar Meghwar son of Vikoo Mal by caste Meghwar.

He was poor but since 2014 he has started to work where from earning handsome amount therefore father's have to quite to work and financially now he is in middle class. Whereas his  birth place is village Talo Achar Taluka Dipli Tharparkar which is very near to Indian border where his inhabitants used to made shoes and chapel from leather as well as polish works and Seasonally they used to cultivate, kept cattle too wherein goats and sheeps were included. Thus in the year of 1999 when kargal was started between India and Pakistan, that time his family has been shifted to Diplo City since then residing in Diplo Town.

Well in the starting he  has started his primary from Government Primary School Harijan Colony Diplo, as being poor and has not proper clothes and shoes/chapel and proper oil to hairs, the head master Sir Bachu Mal Dharanj used to beat with stick, finaly he understand the situation and used to pay 10 rupees weekly to buy the hair oil, once a teacher Gulab Dharani called him and said that he can offer Shanker a job of cleaning to whole school and bring water for students from hand pump as well water to trees of school they can pay him monthly then he started to work slowly from he started to sell the toffees and suparies and other things at school where from he used to purchase the copies pencil and other necessary school requirements while his school friends used to give their old clothes to him, thus till 5th class they support him. Since childhood he was interested in speechs and games, therefore from class 2 to 5 always participated in School functions inculding 14th August celebration, education day and much more and always won the competition of speeches and teachers like Sir Gulab Dharani, Sir Imtiaz Langho and Sir Dileep Lohano used to  encourage him always and help him too.

After passing primary school he went to Government High School Diplo where from he has passed his matriculation and always won the competition in  speeches and science festivals and got number of appreciation award like cash amount, books, dictionaries whereas his kind teachers like Sir Sher Muhammad Junejo, Sir Ramzan Junejo, Sir Rajesh Moorani, Sir Muhammad Raheem Rahimoon and Sir Zulfiqar Junejo had always inspired, encouraged and provide a space to him. During his high school he used to work as part time at uncle Tarachand and Bhojo Kirayana shops, in class 8th start to run a cabin as part time work and then passing of 9th class he has quite his cabin work and then started to doing labour wherein he has worked in different cities of Sindh meantime his  study was so disturbed due to insufficiency of income source and the responsibility of family was also on his shoulder because his father can't afford the all expenditure of house so on. Instead of that he has cleared his matriculation in A1 grade and got admission in Government Degree College Diplo. 

Then he moved to Jhol city of Sanghar District where worked a coocker at Petrol Pump for 4 months, after returning back from Jhol moved to Hyderabad where started to work as Office boy at the law chamber of Razia Zaman Patoli, who helped him in 1st year and inter tuition and other education expenditure during such college life he got the scholarship of Punjab Endowment fund. Passed his intermediate in A grade. then left the office of Razia Zaman and Barrister Zamir Ghumro law chambers, joined to Mr Bhagwan Das Bheel, worked with him as Court and office Assistant, where he learned alot including court proceedings, legal drafting so also graduated from Schal Sarmast college, Sindh University Jamshoro and then in the year of 2017 left the firm of Bhagwan Das Bheel and working as petition writer and running a legal drafting centre at Session Court Hyderabad so also student of.final year LLB at Goverment Sindh Law College Hyderabad. 

In the beginning he himself was the true friend who always give a right path and inspiration towards education. Teacher like Sir Gulab Dharani and Sir Muhammad Raheem Rahimoon always remained him true supporters who encourage him at every stage of life, during the stay at Hyderabad since 2013 he started to work on issues of Hindu community arranged number of sessions on minorities issues, done hunger strikes, protest, community awareness sessions and wrote a booklet on minorities issues. Till yet working on religious force conversion of minorities girls.

During this period I discovered number friends and one who always stand by him and supported me was and is Mukesh Meghwar, the true soul who can understand him and loved him. Mukesh always remains  source of inspiration and had introduced him in his friendships circle too.

Mr.Shanker talked in different forums on the issues of minorities and participated in different trainings of humans rights and democracy, minorities issues, peace talks such as organisation Mehergrah, Pakistan Institute for peace, National Commission for justice and peace, Peoples commission for minority rights, Centre for social justice, Human Rights Commission of Pakistan and others.

He always thought and advise to Youth to make your ways and accept every challenge of life and face it.. 

A last he give message no by words but by action that go honestly nothing is impossible & work work & work you will have very clear path to run on it & name & fame will be in the way of real work of determination & love to workhad.
